Chinese mobile company, Oppo unveiled new mid-range smartphones namely Reno3 and Reno3 Pro in China. These smartphones will be available for sale will go on sale from December 31. The company recently showcased some of its impressive under-display camera tech at Inno Day 2019.
Both these phones are mid-range smartphone with impressive tech specifications. As per the details revealed by the company, these phones are future ready and come with the support for 5G networks. The Reno3 Pro is an interesting phone brand of Oppo as it comes with new Snapdragon 765G chipset, 8 or 12GB of RAM and 128 or 256GB UFS 2.1 storage models.
The Oppo Reno3 and Reno3 Pro come with an impressive huge battery capacity of 4,025mAh with 30W VOOC flash charge. These days most of the smartphones are coming with huge battery capacity usually above 3,500mAh.
The display size of these phones is 6.5 inches and the screen of this phone comes with FHD+ 90Hz refresh rate display. There is an upper-left display punch-hole notch in the screen.
The main camera on these phones is very impressive with quad-camera setup. The hardware used for quad-camera setup comes with latest specification. The rear quad-camera setup consists of a 48-megapixel main sensor, 13-megapixel 5x hybrid zoom lens, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and 2-megapixel monochrome sensor.
The front selfie camera comes with the specification of 32-megapixel, which is good for high quality video chat. This specification is good for taking high quality selfies.
The Oppo Reno3 comes with a different MediaTek Dimensity 1000L chipset and different RAM/Storage options.
The operating system used in Oppo Reno3 and Reno3 Pro phones is Oppo’s own ColorOS 7 atop Android 10.
These phones will be available for sale from December 31. The price of Oppo Reno3 phone stats from ¥3,399 for the Oppo (~$485) and the Reno3 Pro will start at ¥3,699 (~$600).
These two phones will be available in four colors, the Misty White, Moon Night Black, Sunrise Impression, and Blue Starry Night. Also, it is unclear that if these phones will be available in global markets.
